The whistleblower programme of DELPRO
DELPRO is a family-owned business which is run on sound values. DELPRO is and wants to be known as a trustworthy and serious business partner and an attractive and stimulating workplace.
We want to have an open corporate culture where individuals are free to report any suspicions of irregularities or unlawful activities concerning DELPRO’s management, employees or suppliers. Suspicions will often be communicated in the direct dialogue, but in certain cases there may be different reasons why the current dialogue is not sufficient.
DELPRO has set up a whistleblower programme i.a. because a whistleblower programme is a good tool for ensuring that information about irregularities or unlawful activities is revealed. The programme is meant to contribute to ensuring the integrity which DELPRO represents.
The objective of the whistleblower programme is to ensure:
- that serious and criticisable matters may come to light without the reporting person having to fear for negative consequences for himself/herself;
- that any irregularities, unlawful actions and neglect which may cause losses or damage DELPRO’s working environment or reputation are discovered; and
- that the whistleblower laws in force are observed and a safe environment is created in which the employees may report any criticisable matters in DELPRO.
If you see or suspect any irregularities or unlawful activities concerning DELPRO’s management, employees or suppliers, we request that you report it directly to the management or, alternatively, through our whistleblower programme to ensure that the matter is examined.
We collaborate with an external partner on the handling of reports filed through the whistleblower programme. Our external partner is Andersen Partners Advokatpartnerselskab.
DELPRO’s whistleblower programme is for everyone and is a supplement to – not a substitute for – the daily dialogue.
Reports may be filed anonymously and all reports are handled in confidence regardless of whether any names are mentioned in the report or not.
You will find more about the whistleblower programme here: delpro – frontpage (integrityline.com).
Here you will find information about the process, about what happens when you file a report, and which matters are subject to the whistleblower programme.
